Tonight the weatherman said there would be nothing but rain...
Behind my eyes there is nothing but pain...
My preoccupation with survival has eclipsed my grandeur...
I'm humbled by the forecast and what emotions are stirred...
Alone for a moment to catch my breath...
Alone with the thought of my impending death...
No winter weather...  Tonight just rain...
Maybe tomorrow sunshine... Maybe something to gain...
