It's funny how life just happens to us isn't it? When you are standing in a single moment of time, you don't think about the future, or how the world is moving along at a great rate of speed. It's only years later, that you can stand back and actually "see" things the way the are... Perhaps it's not those great accomplishments in life that are the most important. Maybe just touching lives, like touching leaves as you drift down a stream, really makes up who we are. Perhaps it is a collection of all those "small" things that can make up for the lack of large ones. At least I hope all the small random acts put me over the edge in the end...
