I was driving down the road yesterday, the warm sun in my eyes, the strong, sweet scent of honeysuckle hung thick in the late spring air... For a moment, a fleeting moment, my vast collection of troubles, issues, and regrets seemed to fall away, and I was simply grateful to be driving down the road, taking in the sweet honeysuckle. Although this moment was brief, I embraced it and wished it would never end. I realized that I need more moments like that. I need to let go of all my worldly troubles, even for a moment. I need to be thankful for the little things in life that make it all worth living...
