Sometimes we slip into this overwhelming, frantic stage of life. It feels that we may suffocate, or we may be sucked into a spiraling vortex of uncertainty and chaos. It's important to take a breath, and look at things from a distance sometimes. Be careful not to be on the other side of the window merely observing life though, because you'll ALWAYS be looking at things from a distance. There is a fine line between participating in life, and drowning in it...Beware of telling too many lies, for when the day you tell the truth comes, no one will believe you. Masquerades should be reserved for parties and occasional bouts of incognito; they are not to be worn like your favorite shirt. At some point the mask becomes your "real" face, and you will finally fade away into your own delusions. Just another one of my futile attempts at profoundity...
