Finals Week
It's finals week again, and it's always the same. I get used to a certain group of students, and before long, the course is over, and they move on. After spending 11 weeks at a time with people, you kind of learn about them, and become close; knowing their children's names, and such. I sincerely hope they all do well. It's gratifying to help people travel from point A to B, making their lives a little easier, and putting them in a job that they will enjoy. Now, I will have an entirely new crop of students, and I will journey with them through the next few terms as well. This is becoming a trend. It's hard to believe that just two short years ago, I would have never imagined I would be doing this kind of work. Now, it seems second-nature, and like home. Hopefully this gig will last long enough for me to make a difference is several more student's lives. I give them a lot of credit for taking classes and bettering themselves. I don't think the new students are quite ready for my bongos and interpretavite dance sessions during coding classes, but hey, I'm nothing if not entertaining! And it begins all over again...
