I've not talked about politics in awhile, but this is something I need to say. What the hell is going on with universal health care? They passed this bill in the face of obvious opposition. There were 50,000 people marching on Washington opposing this horrible idea of universal health care. It's apparent that this administration doesn't care what WE, the American people want or think. When we are FORCED to take health care, when will it stop? What else will we be FORCED to take by our caring government? Did any of them actually READ the 1,900 page bill, and what it entails? Nancy Pelosi compared this to Medicare and Social Security. We see how well those programs work. It's my contention that the states need to stand up and boycott this atrocity. The president will not sign this bill until the end of the year. Perhaps if we unite, and make enough noise, we can stop this before it's too late.
