Surgery

On Monday I will be having about 12 inches of my colon surgically removed. I am expected to stay in the hospital for about a week. This is a pretty major procedure. I thought this was going to be a simple appendectomy, but it turned into a hemicolectomy somehow in the process. I have to say I am more than a little nervous about it... So if you don't hear from me on my various media outlets next week, it's because I'll be sedated and sore. I just hope for a speedy recovery. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers next week....
