I just buried the family cat this morning. I found it floating in the pool yesterday evening. Apparently, it was trying to get a drink, and fell through the ice. Traumatized the kids. I guess it was a "life" lesson though. All living creatures are finite. They never last forever. I guess the moral of the story was, "don't tread on thin ice"... It was a sad situation. RIP Fluffy...
