The fog has been hanging around our house for almost two weeks now. The perpetual gray is like moist, dense, depression covering everything in sight. It seems to only be in the exact area where we live. One mile, either way, and it's clear. The fog stays like an unwelcome guest. It's so dreary and miserable. It's been raining for over a week. Will we see the sun again? Hopefully, this fog will clear soon, and we will see that better days are coming. I hold on to the hope that this fog will lift... That our spirits will not be in turmoil... That the sun WILL shine again... Nope. I just realized that autumn has only begun. The fog and rain will remain. The question is, do I want to move away from it all?
