Chantix

So, I'm trying to quit smoking. I refilled my Chantix prescription yesterday. A common side effect of this drug is vivid, intense dreams. I have those anyway; really didn't need them amplified. I used to wake up wanting a cigarette. Now I wake up in a cold sweat. I think it's a trade off. I'd like to have a nice, restful sleep at some point. Maybe if I finally quit smoking, I can get this Chantix shit out of my system. It is helping though. I don't think about smoking as much. I'm too preoccupied with my intense dreams. There was a time when I would roll cigarettes from the ashtray if I was out. Now, not so much. I will continue on this path for now. Wish me luck!
